You have the right to terminate this agreement at anytime by calling our toll free number located on the membership card, by emailing us at: customerservice@consumerinnovations.com, or by mailing a cancellation request to: PO Box 26940 Phoenix, AZ 85068. If you cancel this Agreement during your trial period, you will not owe any membership fee. If you discontinue your membership at any time after the trial period, you can receive a refund of the unused portion of the current year's membership fee. If you are billed monthly, you can receive a refund of the last month's fee.
