Background
A large, multi-state managed healthcare provider with almost 1 million active members wanted a way to
increase usage in one of their networks, and were looking for ways to generate alternative revenue.
Solution
Consumer Innovations identified the key communication vehicles for this provider, and developed promotional campaigns. The campaigns focus
on a special offer that provides a special discount to members who use the specific network by joining the program. The program is marketed
through the customer service center, billing statements, and the provider directory.
Results
The partner/client is now able to track usage on their network, generate increases in trial, and is creating significant amount of alternative
revenue to support other programs.
